Custom Orders: Custom-made jewelry orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of these items.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
